KC Fest is Stay Strong Foundation’s signature community celebration honoring the strength and resilience of local pediatric cancer warriors. This family-friendly festival is by invitation only and is designed exclusively for pediatric patients and their families to enjoy a day filled with games, activities, music, food, and inspiration.

The event features interactive booths, carnival-style games, craft stations, live entertainment, and opportunities for families to connect with supportive resources and with one another. KC Fest is all about creating joy, building community, and giving these brave kids a moment of normalcy, celebration, and pure happiness.
